"Sorry, I'm late."
It always felt like a harmless running joke with Kakashi.. until the day he was actually too late 😭💔

The Akatsuki were holding virtual meetings years before COVID 💀 Like a bunch of S-rank criminals logging in from different locations just to discuss plans and argue with each other...
Btw, the two statues, their stories and many more... ahh, now I really can't wait for Naruto Shippuden...

The GOATed Organization Akatsuki is now here!! 🔥🔥🔥

20:44 Omg! Rowan!!!! His guesses are always on point.

I remember him saying, "what if he is a shape shifter" to Geto in the first season of JJK. 🤣

Naruto and Sasuke have always been written as parallels who are deeply dependent on each other’s growth, and their bond is far more interesting and complex than people realise. We can trace this dynamic all the way back to the very start of the anime. During the Haku fight, Sasuke awakens his Sharingan while protecting Naruto, and Naruto taps into the nine tails’ chakra for the first time after believing Sasuke had sacrificed his life for him.

Throughout this fight, there are multiple moments where Sasuke clearly doesn’t go for the kill. It feels intentional, like he’s giving Naruto repeated chances to back down. Almost as if he’s saying, I’ll hit you, but if you stop now, I’ll let you go. Naruto never takes those outs. He keeps pushing forward, saying he’ll bring Sasuke back no matter what, even if he has to break his bones.

That’s why Sasuke is especially cruel to Naruto here. He deliberately says things he knows will hurt and anger him. Either Naruto gets angry enough to walk away and stop calling him a friend, or Naruto fights him at full force, so Sasuke won’t feel guilty if he has to kill him. He’s rage-baiting him because he doesn’t actually want to do it.

And that’s the irony: Sasuke could’ve gained the mangekyou sharingan immediately by killing Naruto, his best friend, but he keeps delaying it until the very end. When Naruto refuses to give up, Sasuke has to mentally force himself to go through with it, to sever that bond. This is also the moment where Sasuke admits Naruto is his closest friend and that their bond mattered. Naruto is completely thrown away by this, because this is the first time Sasuke has ever used the word “friend.” Up to this point, Naruto had only talked about comrades and teammates. So, hearing Sasuke acknowledge their bond while trying to kill him is an emotional whiplash. Naruto doesn’t understand the contradiction, because Sasuke never explains why.
We know Itachi told Sasuke to kill his best friend to gain the mangekyou sharingan, but Naruto doesn’t. Sasuke has never told anyone about the tsukuyomi, about reliving his clan’s massacre countless times, or what that trauma did to him.

So, when Sasuke talks about high level shinobi understanding each other without words and reading each other through combat, it feels like a quiet plea: try to understand me. But neither of them can actually communicate what they’re feeling, so they resort to fists, and it still doesn’t bridge the gap.
Sasuke spends this entire fight low-key begging Naruto to understand him, even while pushing him away. When Naruto admits he doesn’t fully understand but says Sasuke is the closest bond he’s ever had, you can see it hit Sasuke, that he’s about to do to Naruto what Itachi did to him.

But let’s take a quick step back and remember again what Sasuke said, “to me, you have become my greatest friend”. Sasuke meant those words. He had to genuinely feel it in his heart to awaken the mangekyou. Killing Naruto with anything less wouldn’t have done the trick.
However, how do you kill someone you love? You must hate something more. Sasuke doesn’t hate Itachi more than he cares for Naruto. Right here, he loves Naruto more and he wants to convince himself that he doesn’t so he can pull the trigger. Then the rain starts and we see Sasuke staring down at Naruto, we see sadness, confusion, emptiness. Sasuke doesn’t know what to think anymore. He wants to hate Naruto, but he just can’t, which I think is the reason he doesn’t kill Naruto even though he had the perfect chance to do it.

There’s also that brief moment where Sasuke believes he has killed Naruto and there’s this look of pure horror on his face at the thought that he just killed his best friend. Conceptually, Sasuke likes to believe he’s strong enough to sever the bond between them, but in practice, he never really can. Every time he’s pushed to that edge, you see flashes of regret and conflict.
I think it’s because Sasuke does care about Naruto very deeply. He’s usually so stone-faced that it’s hard to gauge what he’s feeling, but in moments like that, the animation makes it clear through his expression alone, this is something that genuinely shakes and troubles him.

I cant wait for them to meet all the akatsuki members 😭😭

I can't wait to rewatch shippuden with you guys!!

I wonder how temari felt listening to shikamaru's father in the hospital. She must have learnt something too, considering how she had lost her parents. Also, she'll witness shikamaru becoming the "man" he was talking about.

I love Temari's heartfelt look when Shikaku starts chastising his son for his weakness, but she knows it's something he absolutely needs to hear.

And Shikaku, my god, parent of the fucking century. Sits down, explains the chain of command to his kid, and then tells him to wise up and man the fk up for the next mission if he wants better results.

07:27 'they are building a UFO'
You have no idea 😂

Thank you for blessing our day 😭😭

37:41 this line hits different..

3:37 they already noticed the final valley symbolism foreshadowing LOL 😭

Turns out the mission was somewhat of a success.

The vessel's arrival got stalled, and thus Orochi was pressured into a premature swap before his arms's necrosis ate the whole body with them.

Sasuke got with him yes, but way too late thanks to the effort of the gang.

I caught myself smiling just before clicking this video, because it's friday and it's time for this update!

Minute 6:36 that was sasuke changing his hand form to a punch so he didn't actually kill naruto with his chidori😭

Finally🎉 can’t wait for the shippuden

shikaku is the best father in naruto❤

naruto and sasuke with two different prespectives and motives still we cant separate them we gotta love both😂
