Only the sound of car running. Please enjoy to play your favorite music in the background while watching. I used a GoPro 12 to film a drive through Tsuruga city, a port city facing Tsuruga Bay (part of the Sea of Japan) in the Reinan region of southwestern Fukui Prefecture.

About a century ago, there was a train service steeped in romance known as the "Europe-Asia International Connecting Train," which ran all the way from Tokyo to Berlin. A railway ferry service connected Tsuruga to Vladivostok—the starting point of the Trans-Siberian Railway—effectively linking the Japanese rail network to Europe across the sea. It’s something you can’t do anymore, of course.

The footage is mostly uncut, though I have edited out stops at traffic lights and the like.
It was filmed in 4K.
