ABOUT THIS EPISODE:
When I arrived in Poland in 2008, people were curious about me. They asked questions. Real questions. But somewhere along the way, curiosity became suspicion. So I'm asking: where did that curiosity go?
I've lived in Poland for 15 years. I've built businesses here, failed here, rebuilt here. I learned the language, paid taxes, stayed through winters that felt like punishment. And for a long time, Poland felt like home.
But something shifted.
In this video, I want to talk about what I've noticed—not with anger, but with concern. Because curiosity is how we stay human. And when a society loses it, something precious hardens.
