I had a lot of fun making my past few hand sounds videos, but wanted to add some hand movements and layered sounds to switch it up a bit! This video has some whispers and I ask you a few questions that will hopefully help you fall into a deep sleep in 20 minutes or less. Thank you again for all the love and support you've been showing to my uploads recently, I definitely see those of you who comment regularly and interact with me. I hope you enjoy! :)
