HELLO EVERYONE, IN THIS VIDEO TUTORIAL I WILL TEACH YOU HOW TO MAKE AN OVAL BASE FOR BAGS AND BACKPACKS WITH 3 MM NAUTICAL YARN...THIS BASE CAN BE MADE WITH #6 YARN OR T-SHIRT YARN...IT HAS THE FOLLOWING MEASUREMENTS:
