After 10 months of waiting, we finally met our baby. 🤍
This is a little record of our first five days as parents after a C-section birth in Korea.
From taking my first steps after surgery,
to meeting our baby for the first time,
getting my first drops of colostrum,
starting breastfeeding,
and experiencing breast engorgement and postpartum cramps.
The first few days were harder than I imagined.
There were moments when even getting out of bed felt impossible.
But little by little, I started walking again,
going to see our baby,
and becoming a mom one day at a time.
Having my husband by my side made me feel less alone.
