I love how the ghillie dude didn't say a word and just kept bringing you random items xD

My first day hopping on day z on console, I ran into 3 dudes with a hummer and they picked me up and gave me a full kit and we raided a base and have been building one since. Been playing with em since, it’s been like 3-4 weeks now. Been pretty dope

I hope “potato” found his first time playing enjoyable, not many get the opportunity to meet one survivor who is helpful let alone two right from the start! Probably should’ve explained if it’s his first time playing that the server may reset as I had no clue when I first started playing and thought I had done something wrong as was unable to find the server again so I just joined another one without waiting, great video and I love the calm play style

ASMR Dayz, the genre we didn’t know we needed

I’m a new player, and I kid you not, for my second life, I spawned near a coastal town and watched another fresh spawn run up the hill to a house, and get blown to bits on the road by a stacked player. People in this game are RUTHLESS.

Also- as far as Potato goes, as he said he was a new player. Unfortunately what happened was after server restart Dayz brings you right to the main menu and a new player wouldn't typically remember what server he was in. Which is why he never returned sadly.

These fresh spawns have no idea how blessed they were to run into someone like you! Have never seen a nicer person playing DAYZ... wish more people were that way and not so toxic.

the amount of loot he had 5 minutes in takes me 4 hours to get, and then i die of starvation

Nice to see some ppl dont kill on sight,  recently got into this game on ps4 and met a nice group of ppl on the ocean shore because i seen fire smoke and we just started fishing together and gether food to move inland , was a good time

18:46 smart way of communicating when needing ammo

"Run, run!" And they only chase him lol.

Just a little tip for any new players since you were talking about it in the video: you can drink at least about 6 handfuls from the well after you get the full stomach icon. You can also drink two full bottles or two full canteens or a full cooking pot before throwing up unless you've recently drank or eaten something.

I love helping a newer players in dayz. I had a guy help me out and teach me things back when dayz was a mod for arma. And then I played console dayz and loved helping newer people but now everyone is so toxic and ruthless on here. I miss when you could see someone from a far and decide I’m gonna meet them and maybe roam or etc. now it’s just kill on sight everywhere

DayZ has become one of my favorite games and watching your videos leaves me with a sense of relaxation despire the zombie growls and the sounds of weapon fire Lol

It’s my 3rd day playing this game. I was about to give up after dying so many times until I got the hang of it and set my goal to get geared. I’m now on my journey to a Tier 3 Military place in Livonia. I’m still halfway there.

This game is harsh and fun at the same time.

Great video, story and narration. It's especially nice to see a YouTube video claiming to be on official \ vanilla that actually is, this type of content promotes the game in the right way imo. Also, great to see that you were friendly in the spawn town and you were able to help a new player enjoy the game, I imagine Mr. Potato is now as addicted as the rest of us 😋. Subscribed 👏

Your playstyle + your editing = sublime videos. Keep up the good work!

The music is so soothing it makes me feel what u feel when u bout to cry

Me and a few friends all just got this game, and I was watching videos to hopefully learn how to play the game more!  So glad I came across this channel.

Never seen the full game, just tips and cool details on YT shorts, this is an amazing intro to the game! Thank you!!!!🙏
