I like to think Idia's IS actually happening right when Riddle is overblotting, so there's all this life-threatening stuff going on at Heartslabyul while Idia's building a soft and fluffy robot for the express purpose of shoving your face into it.

I thought the Ramshackle one, while rather lackluster, was still fun. It's mentioned in the game that the boys played old maid and other card games during their sleepover, so it was fun to see that

I love these little after episode vignettes because it lets us get to know the other characters despite a specific dorm being the focus, especially due to the uncertainty of the other seasons past Season 3 (Octavinelle).

Floyd's english va, Kellen Gof, uploaded a video of himself recording laughs for Floyd. He and Jade's english va also did a small birthday song for the tweels since the video was uploaded on Jade and Floyd's birthday as well

It’s ironic that the Episode 7 vignette displays Idia’s love for cats especially since Khoi Dao, Idia’s voice actor, also has a cat and loves cats irl

Oh! I looked up as to the reason why Idia wanted to huff cats! Apparently, some people huff cats to relieve stress because the smell is soothing to them. When I first looked it up, I thought it was a Japanese culture thing (because TWST is a Japanese franchise), but after looking into it again, there are a lot of people who do it outside of Japan.

I always wanted to see more Floyd and Rook interactions so that short really made me happy since they're both some of my favorite characters ( excluding Crowley and Kalim ) and I feel like they would cause so much chaos

Before the animated series… I didn’t know how much I needed Rook to be voiced by Matt Mercer in my life

Rook would totally fit in the Ouron High School Host Club. Tamaki better watch out Rook might take over

this may just be my Shroud-pilled heart talking but episode 7's ending was my favorite, mainly for story reasons - Idia wanting to recreate something without leaving the safety of his room, but not being satisfied with the results bc it was missing an aspect he couldn't replace? now where have i seen that before....
but also, i totally get where Idia is coming from, i adore cats but i can't get near them bc i'm super allergic to them. i would sacrifice my siblings for just the chance of sticking my face in the floof 😊

And the fact i know Riddle, Azul, and Idia's VA is wild... In short... Riddle's is Paul Castro Jr, the voice of Freminet, a cryo claymore four star. Azul's is Alejandro Saab or by his vtuber persona CyYu, who voices Cyno, an electro poleram five star. Finally Idia's VA, Khoi Dao, voice of Albedo, a five star Geo sword user. I would mention i also know Jamil's VA being Nazeeh Tarsha, CyYu's cousin in-law who voices Alhaitham, a five star dendro sword user. But yeah... It's surprising some of the VAs are genshin VAs, but mostly Paul caught me off guard so much, i freaking squealed over Freminet's event from how shy and adorable he was. Just knowing Paul voices Riddle is surprising for the switch up...

13:09 “Why don’t we hire a chef?” Because Jamil is Kalim’s poison-taster, so if the chef tries to poison Kalim, Jamil will be poisoned instead. 😭

Kalim doesn’t eat curry any more because Jamil got sick after testing some curry made for Kalim and getting poisoned by it.

Placing my bet right now for the next two seasons. The Idia skits will occur on the episodes when the house wardens Overblot.

I think the end scenes were just meant to introduce all of the characters, so they did scenes that guaranteed everyone gets a scene and speaking line at least once. Hence why it might seem weird at times, (EP 7 with idia being a little out of place for example)
EP 1: Riddle, Leona, Azul, Kalim, Vil, Idia (Tablet form), Malleus
EP 2: Ace, Deuce, Jack, Epel, Sebek,
EP 3: Jade, Floyd, Rook
EP 4: Lilia, Silver
EP 5: Ace, Deuce, Yuu, Grim
EP 6: Kalim, Jamil, Ruggie
EP 7: Idia, Ortho
EP 8: Riddle, Trey, Cater

in Idia's labcoat vignette, he ends up terrorizing Grim because he found the poor thing while in a midnight snack run, and that grin of his ain't exactly friendly-looking

1:05 Vil worrying more about his makeup than the ceremony is everything
I love him already

16:14 I fear Idia is me when it comes to Grim 😂

I love bond between silver and lilia they are truly a family blood relation doesn't matter

I definitely agree with you on the favorites! Rook and Floyd was a WONDERFUL surprise, but Rook is my fav. Seeing Riddle trying to improve and find himself... it reminds me of myself. I also had a strict and abusive parent- though not as cartoonishly so as his mom, it was similar. It's a wonderful little addition, and portrays it realistically, while still being entertaining and fun to watch. Truly, Riddle's arc spoke to me SO much!

Jade's English voice is tripping me up so bad as a Date Everything fan cuz at one point he sounds like Eddie and then he switches to Volt in the next sentence
