With respect, you have not addressed the real issue.  It has nothing to do with lubricating or widening the holes in the keys. That is not what causes the keys to stick, and lubricating them is a waste of time.   Rather, it is the "felt" on the end of the key.   It is not just felt - but also has a sheet of teflon (known as slip-tape) on top. so the nob (known as a capstan) within the mechanism can slide off of it to simulate a real piano action.  What happens is that the glue that holds the teflon on leaks out the side and gums up the top of the teflon, so the capstan sticks.  You could see that on your worst key, the felt/teflon was almost destroyed.  This is a known problem with KAWAI CA67 and similar pianos.  They claim to have fixed this issue on the next generation - GF-3.   I had all of the felt pads on CA67 replaced under warranty.  However, now that I am out of warranty, I still get a sticky key from time to time.  I have to clean the teflon, as well as the capstan, using a solvent to remove the gummed up adhesive that has worked its way onto the nob and teflon.  Hope this helps, as other than the sticky keys, the CA67 is a great piano.

Best part at 5:25 “I need to do this…..88 times…”. Labor of love for a keyboard. Got one used (Yamaha CLP100) for 80. Keys were stuck. A Saturday and some supplies and she runs like her old self! Speakers need some work too but that’ll be another day for now I use headphones

This guy can do anything

I'm amazed that you did all this, but didn't seem to be aware of the actual issue: the teflon "slip tape" and the hammer capstans that get contaminated by "glue" or a sticky film after the slip tape loosens. The problem has nothing to do with things you talk about here (unfortunately). A lot of people end up removing the teflon slip tape and replacing it with felt, which is a fix that last longer. If you just replace the slip tape you'll have the same problem again in 2-3 years time.
This infamous problem seems to have been fixed with the newer Grand Feel III keys. You're on Grand Feel II (just like my CA67).

Really helpful. Thanks so much..I'm going to tackle my ca67!

Thank you

Thank you for the great video 📹

I have a two year old cn201 where only E4 gets stuck in the down position when pressed too hard.  Kawai sent a replacement key but the issue turned out to be the felt stop split right at the E4 key location.  So the two pieces are hugging the key when it’s pressed.  First time he’s seen this.  He is contacting Kawai for permission to use a Yamaha felt stop which is manufactured as a single piece.  Anyone else have this issue?

Shopping list of tools wee need plz

I’ve got a Korg concert 6000 ( I think ) that has some sticky keys. I haven’t found anyone around here who will service it so I might try doing it myself. I know it’s full of dust.

Hello all, I have about 10 keys (on a Roland) that move, but have no sound. What’s the ballpark to have keys repaired & serviced? Thanks!

what about for a mini digital electric baby grand piano? Mine are sticking and it's over 30 years old :(  can you help me please?

Those are not standard pliers...

The slip tape is the problem not the guide pins.😊

https://youtu.be/ynl9PWNJ0p4 - the slip tapes are the main issue and  this is very often the case

Mine doesn't seem quite that easy. Mine has plastic keys and the lifter mechanism seems to all be underneath the key. It's a Behringer electric piano. CDP2400USB

Too much damn work.

Hey dude, you can washer the key, but didn't you SEE the hammer is still bloody low? Woke up, pleese! Whut are you duing?! You have nu idea, huh? Poor pianu!
