Lets all give props to Armada for keeping the streak alive for 7 years and being so freaking good to the point where the 5-6th best player beating the 1st best player is an upset

Armada really showed what a great guy he is, INCREDIBLE sportsmanship. Graceful in victory and defeat.

I think Plup is very good

YOU JUST WITNESSED HISTORY IN THE MAKING LADIES AND GENTLEMEN

This is one of the most important sets of all time

This set is a turning point in Melee history.

January 18th 2010 (Amsah)- October 8th 2017 (Plup),

Armada hasn't been beat by a non-god + Leffen or a Sheik in 7 years. Jesus.

Well played Plup deserved, also 15:37 Armada's little smile into a hug, seriously What a guy.

Plup has officially defeated all of the top 5 along with ppmd when ppmd was a top 6 player

15:14 that accidental zelda switch had everyone shooook

Plup: the first non-God, non-Leffen player to take a major tournament set from Armada since 2010.

Good shit, mang.

Who said you were a god, I know it wasn't P L U P!

I feel like it's a dream...it doesn't feel real. Armada in losers bracket so early. And having leffen vs Plup WINNERS FINALS???

Shout outs to Gimr for uploading this sets so quickly

this is when plup did the impossible.

he took the mantle of “God slayer” while being a cool guy and not an asshole

The second Armada gets hit by Plup's game winning F-air... and I mean that exact SECOND. He smiles. Pure, great sportsmanship - fantastic for the scene. What top players should aspire to be, even with losses (no matter how rare).

Edit: smiles faster than Plus can.

Absolutely unbelievable set. I am SO glad to see my favorite player beat his fifth god and also the best player in the world. AMAZING job, Plup!

Plup's gameplay was INSANE. I hadn't seen this set, so I actually screamed "NOO" into the screen when I saw him accidentaly turn into Zelda lmao

That smile from Armada once he lost. What amazing sportsmanship
