Wow, never saw this coming, pretty wild stuff.

This video made me think about how much pressure there must’ve been to keep everything under wraps. Imagine the stress of living a double life.

It's wild how Hollywood used to be about image over reality, huh? These guys must've gone through so much to keep up appearances

There was never any rumor about Michael Landon, he was not gay.

Some of these guys seemed so straight-laced in interviews, guess not everything is as it seems.

Marlon Brando is not Rock Hudson.

Honestly, these revelations change how I see those old Western stars forever. It’s like the surface was just a mask.

Interesting how much Hollywood kept under wraps back then. Makes you wonder what else was hidden.

I loved Tab Hunter and Devine in Lust in the Dust and Polyester; both movies were really funny. I didn't know my dad, but I used wish Rory Calhoun was my dad, my grandpa used to say I wish he was your dad, that way I could do my grandpa job, which is spoiling you even more than you are then he'd laugh. But then, I used to wish the wrestler Bruno Samartino was my dad when I like 9 lol. Grandpa would say come on little girl; we're going to the coliseum to watch your dad wrestle lol. We always sat second row as close to the bell as we could get, after a while Bruno would look down, see me and gave a little wink. My grandparents even watched it on Wednesday night, grandma and I would make Jiffy-Pop popcorn and settle in.

I don’t care about actors private lives ( unless they victimized children or adults) as long as it was consensual.
It’s called acting after all. Let them be.

Honestly, I always thought some of these stars seemed a bit more complex than the image they put out.

Clint Walker, dale Robertson and Rory Calhoun on the front cover, just don't believe it and no interest in gossip anyway

Back then they had the "boys club" where gay stars would hang out to do "manly" things. It was normal for them to gather and label it as playing card games like poker! Back then gays were so far in the closet that you would need a spot light to find them. It was the quickest way to end a career so they would marry women to hide in plain sight! This practice left many vulnerable to blackmail and under a great deal of pressure. I still don't understand the need to "expose" dead actors as being gay! Does it really matter who you think was gay and who wasn't, it changes nothing with their acting abilities. RIP FOREVER and a day, still love watching the "gay" yester years actors!!!

Why did you mix photos of Marlon Brando n with Rock Hudson??? 🤔🤷

@StevenJasonGonzalez 6 months ago

Some of these guys played such tough characters on screen, but behind the scenes, things were totally different. Can't believe it.

This fascination with who's gay is just sick. I want the actor to do his job that is all I DO NOT care or WANT to know what they do on their personal lives because it's NONE of my business.. Also WHY is his so much of a bigger thing than say a prominent Banker or DR or ANY other profession.
