What was great about Ronnie Corbett and Ronnie Barker, was that they worked brilliantly as a double act and were very good on their own shows

Classic British comedy always relies on the loser who is down on his luck: Only Fools and Horses, Steptoe and Son, Frank Spencer, Sorry, Porridge, The Office. It's a formula that works really well in this country.

Original air date: 11 November, 1982.

"Hairy knuckles " 😂😂"You get it from your Mother " 😂😂😂 🎉🎉🎉🎉 awsome comedy. ❤

Brilliant acting. Making others laugh while being sad inside.

One of best episodes. Liked some good acting and overall excellent characterisation overall

At least he will inherit a very large house. Mind you, women like his mother seem to live forever.

LOLLL too Good LOLLL LMAO 🤣 😂 😆 😅😂😂😂😂

Great pathos for a light comedy episode

Timothy's Mother looks like Eric Idle.

Sad😢

I sometimes find the mother almost unbearable , but the show wouldn't work without her

Iñdeed.!

So popped up on my “suggested.”  Thought I’d give it a try considering my love of British comedy, especially the older ones.  But I am sooo confused.  Is the gay guy secretly in love with the girl (who’s previous man made Robert Redford look like Donald Duck).  And why does he still live at home at 41?

The mother is not funny, she's actually hateful and annoying. What's funny about that ?

dems should dare republicans to vote him in again how much worse can it get the US will need decades to make this up to the world let alone fix themselves
