00:00 Why are there temples and shrines in Japan that enshrine "Yokai"?

00:44 "Kubizuka Daimyojin," which enshrines the leader of the demons. The strongest demon heals illnesses of the head and neck!
03:56 Tamamo Inari Shrine, where the nine-tailed fox sleeps. A pond reflecting the fox's image still remains.
06:37 Kibitsu Shrine, where the demons from Momotaro are appeased. You too can have your fortune told by a demon!
10:16 Nue Daimyojin, which enshrines a monster of unknown origin. A yokai feared across time and place.
14:32 Nekozuka, a memorial for shapeshifting cats. A strange phenomenon that left behind a curse for seven generations...
18:26 Hachibei Daimyojin, the god of performing arts. A theater-obsessed tanuki becomes a god.
21:57 Futatsuiwa Daimyojin, which enshrines the great tanuki of Sado. Is it his fault that there are no foxes on Sado!?
24:49 Minoyama Daimyojin, who saved Kobo Daishi. The supreme commander of the Shikoku tanuki is extremely kind!
28:26 "Yamaguchi Reijin," which enshrines the boss of the tanuki army. Even if sealed away, he will be resurrected and become a god!
32:25 "Kashima Shrine," which houses a sculpture of a demon's head. Was it originally a real head...?
35:22 "Kappa-do" and "Kawatomo Shrine," which ward off water-related disasters. Control the water with kappa!
38:51 "Kichin Shrine," which makes demons your allies. The chant for Setsubun is "Demons inside!"?
41:49 Gods and Yokai are two sides of the same coin.
