The funny thing is, that B-8 test? It appears in several GT games. Even the first one had it and it's always just as painful as it was in this video.

"I'm not going to do endurance races"
2 hours of gameplay, and a miata later
"I can use this to enter enurance races"

This is one of the CBT Experiences of all time

I have an actual challenge for Eden, which is a "rammingless" and "grassless" challenge, where you're not supposed to ram the other drivers, and shouldn't go out of the track. If you do, you reset the race. That one might actually be impossible

I always thought complex string just looks like a track a developer threw together in a few hours as a test track during development, but they just kept it in the real game for some reason

Over an hour of CBT, thank you Eden

Dude, 9:07-9:30 is the Gran Turismo
experience in a nutshell. That is exactly why I play these games more than any other sim. I don’t get the kind of adrenaline rush from what I thought was an impossible task but hours later finally beating it than I do from Gran Turismo

This should absolutely qualify as practical driving experience toward your license, if you ever get one. You should at least get a discount - €1500 off, maybe?

18:37 Take it or leave it

Once again, James is popping off with the editing

9:14 The Epic Victory Scream 😅

EDIT: 42.8 in B-8 is barely possible. You need to use manual gears and get a perfect run through both the rocks corner and the final left hander. If the exit speed out of the left hander is high enough, then you're fine.

Trust me, it also took me around 45 minutes to get Gold. 😅

EDIT 2: That Beetle in the FF Pro race that you lost to has the best tire preservation of the bunch. Even on the other two tracks, it wouldn't pit. I used a maxed pink Yaris on Hard tires to beat this event. What you could have done is to just re-roll the grid until it doesn't appear. The reward is a Spoon Civic, and once tuned, it's fast enough for the Amateur Type R Meeting. I speak from experience. 😊

7:15 Now we need a full version of "Bonk the Rocks" □

note to self: never break eden or else he will break me with the 2147483647 suzuki escudo glitch

This challenge was impossible to complete from the get go anyway, but you are able to get incredibly close if you do it all correctly. The only car you would have to buy is a Mercedes-Benz as there's no event which gives you one as a prize car.

That being said, I understand Eden's frustration, as GT3 was padded out to be LOOOOOOOOOONG as fuck. The closest me and my dad got to getting 100% was the Tuscan Cup, and we were already struggling when we got to GT All-Stars... and even then, the Super License was a pain to get.

7:15-7:22
We need the full version of this!

8:35 Some tests were an absolute pain to gold, I assure you. Especially the one of the green 90's Camaro in the turn in Seattle after the three jumps, I missed the gold time by one millisecond TWICE. And by less than 10 several times.

Like the EVO problem, in GT2 you cannot use the MR2 concept car in MR2 meeting

Watching Eden get angry with the Monte Carlo race is both hilarious and painful at the same time.

i'll give you this one, if you can't buy a car to participate in a race then you should be allowed to buy it. GG on this challenge my man.

By watching this video, I have indirectly contributed to the semi-completion of this challenge. It was a pleasure working with you dustin
