I seriously don't understand why recently, the hype of the Japanese companies seem to suddenly become very interested and excited about venturing into Malaysia's property market with huge influx here all seeking opportunities. I supposed it must have some level something to do with Mitsui Co where it has done exceptionally well with few of its mass operations here especially in retail where its Mitsui Outlet Park is hugely popular, also the LaLaport shopping mall where they also built their very first residential property on top!

I really don't see how the Japanese companies could make it big here because of the vast difference in how residential property, even commercial property are being built in respective countries. Malaysia is an extremely international setting where Japan has always been very isolated with its own weird total isolation with its own distinct system and operations where u don't see else where nor related to any other countries in general.

Do the Japanese really understand how to design and build very attractive property to woe buyers locally and internationally? I don't think, it is not what they are accustomed or exposed to, and nobody would ever wanna buy the tiny bird cage living space like u would see n Japan here in Malaysia, it is too hideous!  

Hence I am surprised to see that this is a real estate company here in Malaysia, like, what on earth do they even do here? Nobody is ever going to invest in buying any real estate in Japan that has too many red tapes and restrictions, plus growing hostility and aggressive social sentiments towards outsiders. Perhaps, they are only handling the Japanese nationals that continue to flock into Malaysia especially being so impressed and amazed by the extremely high standard and quality of amazing property here in the country where more and more are moving here to reside.

Do we need more Japanese in this country?Absolutely NOT!!!!!!!! Here is why.

Many decades ago, when Malaysia was starting to boom from 80s, Japanese investment was very important in boosting our growth, this we will always be grateful for. Then, after 90s, as Malaysia continue to progress and prosper, the Japanese businesses have started to realize that Malaysia is no longer the CHEAP nation for them to exploit, hence, there has been a period of mass relocation of Japanese businesses to other newer economies with cheaper labor market like Thailand, Indonesia, Vietnam, Philippines, China, etc... It felt to me like a total betrayal, a total dismissal with no mercy, off they went.

There are some Japanese businesses continue to stay in the market, and they have been doing so well and achieved so much especially in retail such as AEON and ISETAN also SOGO, then DAISO, etc, ironically, they don't get the same or similar success in other countries in the region. I think the huge gesture by Mitsui Group in the past decade or so especially after COVID19 period, where they continue to make such huge presence with impressive results that suddenly make the Japanese companies to relook and reevaluate Malaysia once again, a country many have chosen to abandon decades ago. Suddenly, it feels like the whole fucking Japan wanna come here to grab whatever market share they can have!

To me, once a cheater, always a cheater. Once a traitor, forever the traitor too! I only despise the Japanese businesses, and view them as opportunistic and immoral people, clearly, they suddenly redeveloped the whole level of interest in Malaysia due to the huge mistake made whey they totally overlooked the potential of this country, I don't blame them, we dont have massive population to guarantee greater consumer market, that's perfectly understandable. But to treat us like some disposable to now thinking we are recyclable or reusable , that is insulting and offensive!

I'm sorry to rant so much here, bottom line is, my attitude in general towards the Japanese companies even the people in general is, Fuck the Japanese! I dont even know why the fuck u Japanese are so obsessed in moving to Malaysia, where u people are so infamous for being so passive, not sociable, always in ur own little bubble and community being so exclusive, don't even make any shitty effort to learn the culture, learn to speak English to interact thinking the whole fucking world has to function in Japanese to please u ppl, fuck all that!

Worse is, when Japanese are growing and showing more hostility and anger towards foreigners in Japan, discriminating and oppressing them and treat them like outcast, seeing us the tourists as some nuisance and inconvenience, basically, very toxic and unwelcoming attitude, Then, what makes u ppl think other countries must extend the warmest welcome and hospitality to receive u ppl, making everything the way u ppl like it, making u ppl feel like u r some Gods or something? The audacity of such superiority is what makes Japanese more and more hated and resented, are u even aware of such thing?
