Some you win and some you lose. It's not so cheap now  methinks.
I can see that there's an issue with locking the slide so it doesn't move. Perhaps it can be modified or perhaps the design needs a general fix at the factory.

Thanks. i bought both Parkside jig kits.Think I will take this one back and look at getting the Chinese kit you have.

I bought the pocket hole and was really disappointed with jig in general, the drills were fine, the screws were just PZ drive and not really for pocket holes. Nicely packaged the clamp worked well, jig slide around and the bushes in jig were soft metal I had as much metal as I had wood after drilling my 1st two holes and the finish wasn’t what I expected.

Don’t waste your money on this pocket hole jig there’s better on the market.
