How to make a cinematic effect (platformer):
1. Place a guide trigger
2. set the guide trigger to a group
3. put that group in ui target
4. put black borders on the top and bottom of the screen area by extending a black block with a warp trigger
5. scale them to how you see fit, bigger scale is a wider resolution while smaller is less cinematic
6. set both borders to another group and put that group in group id
