I lived in Vancouver just east of 205 from July 2020 to May 2023. I never really spent much time in downtown but I loved the waterfront. I use to go there every weekend for walks regardless of the weather

Dude you drove right past my old house and I just wanted to thank you for that!

💯

My hometown. I lived on 163rd Ave

Lugares lindos

Downtown looks good.  Various older subdivisions and newer apartments.  California gas prices at the Chevron;  its sister Texaco station is better.  New twins Marathon and ARCO represented as well, along with Sinclair, which used to be in the Midwest, but left some years back.  The 'BV' is interesting;  almost European.  Saves a little on lettering.  Huge park.  Nice.  And bus shelters that haven't been wrecked or have permanent occupants.  Looks good.

What is being built on the block across the street from Amaros Table?

I live on Esther Short Park....why did you miss the center of downtown?
