I remember one of my classmates was like “just leave everyone die and make a new family in oregon when you get there”
Now i desperately want to know how that kid turned out to be lmao

omg this was hysterical. Imagine people from that time period meeting a time traveling Lucas that takes over as leader of the group.

im convinced Lucas can make anything entertaining lmao

lucas lowkey in his professional gamer era

This unlocked a memory about how I used to pinch pennies in the game, always be a banker... The way Lucas plays is so much more fun and carefree, yet somehow stressed me out. (Babe 👏you👏need👏more👏 Oxen👏)

lucas is in his slay era 24/7

Lucas: “Only Mayra died, she had bad energy anyway”

Me: Oh…

Whilst I’m not from America, I could still appreciate the nostalgia of those high quality graphics and sounds of old computer games 😂

My brother would play this game on our family computer and I was genuinely so scared of it because 1. People were dying 2. The sound it made when people died (when he really wanted to bother me he would name one of the people after me and I got to see a gravestone w my name on it❤)

Oooh this is a ✨ fancy ✨ version 👀 I played one that was pretty much just a text based game with sad a pixelated image of a wagon with “spinning” wheels to indicate motion across the plains 🤣🤣🤣

Holy cow I just googled how many people died on the oregon trail because lucas made me curious, and 20,000 people died. And we're out here putting our classmates and friends in our groups to lead them to their death... imagine playing a titanic game where you and your friends have to get into a life boat 💀

Bruh I didn’t think you could actually make it to the Oregon Trail.
When I played this in school none of us EVER made it. I was convinced the message of the game was that it was nearly impossible for people to make it there alive.

From playing the updated version of the game on Apple Arcade and playing the original Oregon trail on my own I learned the secret, get at least 1000 lb of food (hunt at each stop or hunt spot if it’s the new Apple Arcade edition) and set rations to meager and the pace to gruelling with taking a 5 day rest at every stop. If they get sick or hurt turn the pace to the slowest and the rations the highest going up on pace and lowering rations by one each two days until you get back to the lowest ration and the fastest pace. Resting 7 days instead of 5 if you get to any stop while anyone is sick or hurt.

While he did reach Oregon on attempt number 2, it was super rough.

The way he said ✨cholera✨sounded like a fashion brand 🤣

I love when lucas play weird games, he's a gamer now, maybe he'll start a gaming channel

Everyone: dying
Breastlover's diary: Yass Henny! Another day another slay!!

Lucas: "who is eating all the food?"
Ration portions: “FILLING"

“ what do you want me to do? I’m not a doctor“🤣🤣🤣🤣

Any Australians might remember our version of this game called Goldfields. The best game we had on the school computers back in the early 2000’s.

Francis and his fake internal injuries had me rolling
