What is your double nat 20 moment?

I will go first, as a GM, I roll lots. But some are more memorable than others. One I recall was during the first paid game I ran, I rolled for a wererat claw attack and got a double nat 20. The character then failed the CON save to resist the curse of Lycanthropy, which resulted in several interesting encounters later on and the Druid coming in for the epic save with a magic tree that pushed all cursed creatures 200ft away. The character was then able to sneak around behind their enemy and use their ratty powers for good.

We removed the curse eventually. They went on to stop the Chained Oblivion from reentering Exandria, but the Druid and Rogue were banished with him. An epic tough moral conundrum for the character who made that call, well played, Marcus, Percy, Ozzim and Kel ♥

"Nancy!"
"mother!?"
"ABSOLUTELY NOT!"
2 natural 20s

Robbie has probably my favorite reaction ever.

"There's no way that would happen...

HOLY SHIT!!!!"

@Nixie_Moonchild 5 months ago

"I'm not gonna hit it twice, that would never happen- holy sh**!" Omg Robbie

@DrgnDrake 5 months ago

Some of them are funny but kind of pointless, but man getting a nat 20 result when you had disadvantage feels AMAZING.

@Ava.Glennon9873 5 months ago

That Dorym moment being #1 is just right💚💙

@MrSpannners 5 months ago

"mother" is still one of my favourite moments

@pinkjaguar12 5 months ago

that double crit on Beau's pop-pop was so satisfying 💢💥

@dylanobrey7104 5 months ago

“That die never does that for me. That’s bullshit.” Yeah I feel that sooo much

0:54 Matt: Two nat 20's.
Liam: responds in Irish.
3:38 Matt gets a taste of what Brennan deals with. "She was also sent from hell to kill me."

@Tathracyn 5 months ago

I definitely think fjord's three nat 1s on the fair game needs to be on the list

@agent01020 5 months ago

While it’s not a double Nat 20, Sam rolling 4 Natural 1s in a row (two sets of advantage) as Veth in C3 E116 is probably the worst luck they have ever seen.

@leahannbatley5120 3 months ago

0:25 fun fact (assuming you haven't watched Calamity), this is the second time Sam's rolled back to back 20s on camera 😂

NANCY!
I have never laughed so hard in my life. The way Aariba facepalm kills me every time

@mxochimera 5 months ago

Thanks for the compilation TP. Liam's "Mother." is top 5 of all time CR moments for me. Pitch-perfect execution.

@MetalPizzaDriver 5 months ago

Cut to liam “Mother!”
I shot milk out of my nose.

Might be my favorite Matthew Mercer phrase - "TAKE A PICTURE OF THAT SHIT"

It gets me so giddy everytime it happens.

@SuperDora150 5 months ago

I love how they take a picture and collect all the Nat 20s 😂

@micahnewby7964 5 months ago

2:07 I totally get her instinct to not say what it was. Textbook definition of "has to be seen to be believed"

@JnEricsonx 5 months ago

Try having a player roll triple 000's on percentile. Then 5 seconds later-he does it again. No fucking joke. Somewhere Chetney died and came back to life.
