I went to Jr. High with John. Went to his house to learn guitar and just sat mine down and watched his magic at 14yrs. old. He told me he was going to be famous one day. Boy did he ever live up to his vision. Great job old friend!
I'm really glad he pulled through. If he hadn't quit the drugs, I think he'd be dead by now. I'm so glad he's still alive to make music. I wish him all the best.
I definitely agree with uh, what he is saying about making people laugh and getting a genuine smile. All the rush of drugs you can get from simple life stuff like a smile or I don't know, whatever.
Funny coincidence: John sounds a great deal like Flea in his speaking voice during interviews, and Izzy Stradlin sounded a lot like Axl Rose, ever notice?
Oh holy fuck what ive just watched. His words are really helpful. You can see the clear reason to quite of all of your addictions, any sort of addictions you can even realte it to your masturbation addiction. John fursciante, " You may not get immediate satisfaction by not letting you do the things that you want to but, week later you can feel the positiveness and genuine relationships around you which gives you a better momentum and energy to live. And its beautiful"
