그 부분이 잘못됐다는 겁니다.
요즘 안그래도 현장에 인원 부족해서 야간은 물론이고 주간에도 순마 탈 인원 부족한 마당에,, 애초에 남경 2명이면 지원받지 않고 해결할 수 있는 그런 특수한 상황에도 여경이 낀 2인 1조는 순마 1대를 더 불러야만 하는 상황이 문제에요.
순마 2대가 신고 한개에 묶여버리면 다른신고 쳐낼 수가 없습니다.
주로 유흥가 껴있는 바쁜지구대는 너무 자주 있는 일입니다.
걍 그 앞에 지나가는 여성분께 부탁하면 되는데욥
알면서 왜그래 후배님들~
진짜 여자대상 업무 이외에는 그냥 어떤 능력이든 능력으로 선발하면 된다.
여자라고 평균적으로 신체적 능력 낮지만 높은 사람도 있고...
신체적 능력이 경찰 업무에 필요하면 그 필요에 맞게 요구를해서 선발하면 되는데 안 하는게 문제 아닌가?
지역경찰 근무중이지만 1년동안 여자 신체수색 할 일과
남자 대상자에게 물리력 써야 할 일을 비율로 따지면
9 대 1 정도 되는데요.
통합채용으로 인해 지역경찰 한 팀당 여경 비율이 30 ~ 40% 까지 해당할 때도 있었는데 위 비교가 맞다고 생각하시나요
여경이랑 출동해도 물리력 써야 할 상황에 다른 순찰차가 지원 나와서 남경이 많아지니까 괜찮다 라는 얘기인데
인천 층산소음도 소음신고해서 살인으로 변한겁니다
현장이 언제 어떻게 변할지 알 수 없는데 물리력 관점에서 지원 나와야만 해소가 되는 여경과 2인1조 근무가 괜찮다구요?
