My favorite friendship thing was something that wasn't on their show, but when they were interviewed for another show (but on the GMM set) and Link said how many years he's been married and Rhett corrected him because he had his married years wrong. Lol
Something like this...

Link "I've been married 20 years."
Rhett "No"
Link "19?"
Rhett nods.

Link has been on a non stop streak of really not getting the rules of the games, its so funny.

This show wouldn’t be the same without their friendship. These guys are absolutely amazing and they saved me 9 years ago. I went through a lot and they taught me how to laugh and be happy again; that wouldn’t be possible without their friendship and love for each other.

rhett saying "go piss girl" is so funny it's making me audibly laugh

Everyday he's Link. And it's getting worse 🤣

If anything happens to their friendship, I will lose hope in humanity

“Go piss, Girl!”

Had me CACKLING.
Love this channel, makes me very happy.

Go piss girl refrence is iconic 0:40

almost 40 years now

1:39 Jordan rarely loses it to Link’s randomness. She always have a comeback. this time she was baffled 😂

The ball in the cup is too funny. Link tripping over words is also so funny. But i feel for you, Link. Words are hard 😅

Fun fact or whatever idk!

I got to wondering about "gag me with a spoon" after seeing that episode b/c I grew up as a kid around some adults who also said that. I looked it up and as it turns out, it's a phrase that originated in Cali in the early 1980s. Basically peak "valley girl" slang. Given Link's age and where he grew up  - I believe they've said before that North Carolina tends to "get things" much later than the rest of the US - i think it's pretty probable that at some point in Link's childhood it finally made its way to NC and he did hear his mom or other adults use the phrase.

um.... anyway, thanks for coming to my TED talk. 😅

The ball in cup was hilarious! Link's crab walk at the end lol dead😂💀

Hands down best compilation of these two I’ve seen, I’m holding in cackles the whole time trying not to wake up my husband 🤣

Man, the dead dog story really brought down the mood of this video... I was watching to have some giggles before bed, and wound up crying over my cat, who was hit by a car and killed several years ago.

Alternate title, “Link being inappropriate for 8 minutes straight while Rhett tries to keep him in check”

This video is actually less than 9 minutes, not 35+ years

0:08-0:26 brOwww Link is adorable I can't

watching this high is so delightful

"Groty to the max. I'm sure...Like barf me out. Gag me with a spoon" released June 1, 1982. Frank Zappa featuring his daughter Moon Unit on vocals. Link born June 1, 1978. Sounds about right this was his reference. Zappas only top 40 hit.
