An unexpected family reunion brings quiet joy to Fraser's Ridge, though secret truths about William's lineage and anachronistic modern storybooks linger in the air. Roger has grown on me over the seasons. I love his laugh when Jamie says "I'm guessing you ken not to eat shite." 😂 I also love how Roger is just quietly standing back and watching everybody reunite and then Claire throws herself into his arms. Such a heartwarming moment. ❤

There's just something so charming about Jamie being a grandfather (and reading a modern children's book). I suppose because it's like the second chance he missed out on with Brianna.

Cuts off where Brianna gives Jamie ‘Lord of the Rings’. Should have let the scene finishe. 👎🏻

When Brianna came through the stones for the second time , they were in a different time ,
When Brian was alive , now she is with Claire and Jamie ? , can someone explain how this worked

This scene in the book is so much better. But I still love it.

This is very sweet BUT last time we saw them, weren't they in the wrong time? They were 30-40 years in the past from Jamie and Claire's time.. and they were in a rush to leave their time IIRC. They were also in Scotland. Bree and Roger didn't really have anything to do in the past this time but it might have worked better narratively if Bree and Roger return to Lallybroch in their time and deal with what they left behind. Discover Frank's book and that Jamie is going to die and then decide to go back - this time prepared with the materials they had on hand with them. Then they get there in just enough time to have an emotional reunion a few episodes before Jamie goes to the battle.
