Hello there fella, you’re nearly the same height as me, although I’d guess 2.5 times more of me to displace bath water. Anyways, I’ve been looking at Yaris Cross GR (hilarious they badge it GR but…) I kinda like its potential longevity at the sacrafice of smiles per mile from the throttle. But I’m havering, the point I wanted to see was rear leg room behind ‘me’ and thank you for showing that. There’s not too much but you could have moved forward a good bit and still enjoyed pressing the move pedal. I’ll assume YC is same leg space.

My question- would you go YC GR over LBX and save enough money you could almost ignore your hair growth before hitting 60mph?

Morizo RR, all problems solved except economy! Perhaps an electric one like they did with the UX?

There is actually a huge amount of re-engineering between the Cross and LBX. There’s barely any cross left 😅

Had my Takumi Design since Dec 24’ and absolutely loving it doing 10k so far.
One of the most comfy and refined (in class), great mpg, the interior is best in class by miles (ultra suede/leather interior is just 👌🏻) and the ML audio system is excellent.

Could do with a little bit bigger petrol tank mind and I have had the 12v issue last month (no breakdowns, just an upgraded battery fitted from Lexus right away after an app alert). But minor quibbles for a car that’s perfect for me and my needs.

Fantastic review. Yes, it's based on the Yaris Cross, but it's the interior that really makes it look special. Mechanically, it will indistinguishable.  (PS love the Brooklyn 99 clip). Top job, as ever!!!

This could be cross shopped against a Puma Jenny. I can see how each appeals. But if the Puma could be made without involving a Ford dealer, that would probably help it's cause. Honestly, didn't even offer me a cup of coffee😡

Life's messy - some cars are good but boring, yet worthy ... brilliant as ever Mark!!
Saw one at B&Q and it looked stubby and boring, generic in every sense - probably thoroughly good like a school swot but not something you'd take to a party.
