I’ll watch any annoying advertisements, just to be able to see what you make and discover every time - it is always the most inspiring printing channel!

Now that I can breathe again after finding your world of art, have to say: What pleases me maybe most is that you start really making it right away without those too long trailers  -Yeates Makes is totally true. Thank you, love you!

Oh man, you have really lit a fire under me. I was so bored with the usual gel plate stuff. This is just gonna keep me up all night, in a good way :)

This fine man is just as creative as all get out!
I love watching his videos.
Amazing the way his brain works. 👍

I've been eyeing those giant gel plates for a while, now, so I'm //really// looking forward to the unboxing video!!!

This episode, on the other hand, sets me musing on the range of looks you've produced, over the last year or so: The masking tape technique; the other collagraph techniques; the wax crayon or grease pencil (or china marker) resist; the pop-art combinations of stencils/masks, photo and type transfers, with collage; all those Letraset examples.... So much diversity in technique and imagery. And now this great, more-expressive and -gestural technique. So nice to have someone researching all of these ideas for us! Thanks!!!

Love, love, love your work.  I’ve been working with a gelli plate for 12 years and you have opened a whole new world for me to explore.  Thank you so much!

Thank you. I just found your channel, about 2 years late, it looks like. But you are doing exactly what I was wondering about. One bit of a tip that might not be well known is that many of those tips on the making pens are reversible. So if you really did "ruin" that one, try pulling it out and turning it over. You've not nothing to loose. And thank you again.

I'm so happy I found your outstanding Yeates Makes Channel as I'm an Artist but just starting to explore Gel Plate Printing. I have studied traditional Printing and adore Block Printing but very excited with creating with my new Gel Plate. Your videos are so mesmerising and very easy to follow and are so diverse. The best Gel Plate Channel that resonates with me, thank you!! :hand-pink-waving::face-red-heart-shape:

That was just what I needed . Spent the day trying to combine a dry point on plexiglass with gel plate background without much success . Tomorrow I can hit the ground running ! Thanks your videos are the BEST .

Mark you have so many amazing ideas. I've  never come across scribble drawings before and now I can't stop! It's  such a great way to get a  not so perfect drawing into something looking pretty good together with the paint. I always look forward to your new youtubes in my pop up notifications. So thanks again.

Love the print. Thanks for the tip about thick damp paper for drawing on 🙏

I hope you keep making videos ❤ your videos are so informative and interesting

Love the way you use the gelpress and what a stunning piece, again. 🤩 You are a gifted artist.

Stunning work as usual Mark👌. I particularly like the Antony Gormley inspired print and can't wait to see what you come up with using your latest stash! 👍 🙏

A fan from Denmark Here🙂 I love to see all the Experiments you are doing. Can’t wait to see what’s comming up next time. Thank you for sharing👍

Thank you for being such a generous teacher.  I absolutely love the techniques you've discovered/created and will have a go myself as I can see loads of possibilities in my own paintings.  Thanks again!

Love the purple and light green combo

Oh yeah, i love Franz Marc's work, especially his horses. Great way to combine line and colour. Very inspiring! Thanks.

Yet another brilliant lesson. Thank you 🙏

I’ve only had my Gelli plate for a week and I’m loving it. I’m really enjoying watching all your experiments, such lovely work.
