I'm convinced they were targeting you with that door at the start

the way I literally laughed out loud when she said, “if this movie’s just one big chase scene, they’re gonna lose me.” 😭😭😭💕

The thing most confusing about this trilogy is that I genuinely don't get how anyone sat down to watch the original The Strangers movie and walked away thinking, "You know what would make that better? If it told us who The Strangers were, why they did what they were doing, and even who 'Tamara' is.". I just can't wrap my head around the rationale behind explaining the very things that fans always spoke about that made the original so disturbing.

What sucks is that Madelaine Petcsh (The actress who plays the main girl) is actually doing a good ACTING job in the movie, but the plot and writing is so awful, it’s hard to notice her acting because you’re so focused on how bad the movie is.

The whole " Is Tamara here" thing was creepy enough on its own. We didn't need a whole origin story for it

Your beef with the cgi door is so real 😭 why would they do that

Thank you for watching this so that I don't have to x

I’m saw a comment saying that the scariest part of this movie was the end message threatening that a chapter 3 was coming 😂 thank you for saving me the money on this

Gotta love our final girl fighting a boar.......for some reason.....

I think the only way a "prequel" Strangers could work is from the perspective of the Strangers DURiNG the home invasion. Show behind the curtain, and if you want to throw in a plot twist -- make it that there's a FOURTH stranger who's the lookout/getaway driver and is the reason the strangers are able to hunt down people so effectively

I truly don’t understand who these soulless Stranger sequels are being made for. The first one wasn’t a movie or story that required any kind of lore deepening or further backstories developed. I’d actually argue that trying to do so would actively tank interest in those characters.

Caitlin, if you want to watch one of the GOAT home invasion horror movies, watch Michael Haneke’s Funny Games.

They really needed to just the one movie alone.  Much scarier to have the Strangers show up, attack, and leave without being caught in the original.

On three separate occasions a new character shows up and is immediately murdered. You get one of those, film. ONE! Also, why are they so hell-bent on finishing off this one random victim (after she's already talked to the police) when their whole MO is to target vulnerable, controllable locations where they leave no useful evidence? It's sloppy and stupid and runs completely counter to anything that would make sense for them.

6:42 It’s called a dumbwaiter 😊

I couldn't stand this movie. The moment I saw that door at the beginning, I just immediately thought of you 🤣

Omg im so sorry

18:55 why is she eating the crackers like she hasn’t eaten for months🤣 she was just in the hospital the night before

That door! They took your hate personally! 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 they wanted you to start off oissed.

I you found confusing about that detective who shows up to help and is killed five seconds later, he originally had an entire subplot but was deleted in favor of those flashbacks scenes explaining the origin of the Strangers.

12:25 I was in theater like “GO! DRIVE! WTF ARE YOU DOING SITTING THERE?!😭
