Something different for this vlog, Me and Stu et off to Newark on Trent in search of big barbel....or indeed any Barbel will do me. With nearly 48 hours to go at we were hoping for a least a couple of fish.

Arriving Thursday after work and getting the last 2 swims (lucky) and fishing until Saturday afternoon we were hopeful for a few fish, in between the Barbel i had a go for PIke and also a bit of Silver fishing.

With Stus PB of 11lb and mine about a 1lb (only ever caught 1 Barbel) who would know that these PBS where going to be smashed :)

Started this channel as i nearly always fish on my own and filming passes the time away when the fishing is slow, Mostly my fishing is after work until the next morning so filming opportunities are limited but i do my best. I usually fish Lymm Anglers water s with the odd session on other waters.
i usually fish for carp in the summer and Pike in the winter  with a few catfish sessions thrown in.
