The UI switching to vertical automatically is such a small thing, but it makes shooting vertical way easier. Luna Ultra got that right from the start.

Getting the P4Pro-~~if available one day in USA-~~ main reason is that I have the DJI mikes and batteries for my P3-- If I have to get it elsewhere without warranty, I then would get the Luna Ultra 360.-Thanks for a great review

Great breakdown! I appreciate how you kept it high level and practical rather than getting bogged down in unnecessary detail. Too many tech reviews focus on specs and lose sight of the actual experience.

I'm in the US and recently picked up the Luna. I'm a DJI fan, but with them not being easily available here I went with the Luna. That being said I've really enjoyed using the Luna so far. I haven't had any of the reliability issues yet and hoping that I don't. My only real complaint is I wish they gave more granular control over settings and customization. I don't like how limited you are currently in what you set the custom buttons to and I would love to be able to more precisely dial in speed settings for the gimbal and the joystick. I'm hoping that these are things that could be solved in firmware.

I'm a working commercial photo/video guy and have pro gear for when I need top quality, but I love how portable/easy this thing is to use and the quality is certainly good enough.

Your analogies are hilarious bro 😂. I have both and the Luna is def way sexier, way more fun. I like my face better on the Pocket 4p tho, but it’s really frustrating lugging it (and filters) around with no case. Pleasure watching your reviews man

I have been using the Ultra for On-camera real estate agent social reels of their listings over the last month. The vertical 3K issue doesn't bother me. Having the Mic Pro with E-ink display is a bonus - they like their logo display.
I have the Pocket 3 and Xtra Muse with the Mic Mini, but I'm not sure if I will get the 4/4P/Muse 2 Pro/Muse 2. For now, that ecosystem is best for my studio B or C cameras.

that zoom dial makes way more sense for run and gun… Luna Ultra just feels built for grabbing different angles fast

I think the Luna problems can (and will) largely be fixed with firmware updates. They just released a big one yesterday that solved a lot of things people been complaining about.

The Pocket 4P is likely a more done product and whatever it is now is what you can expect. For good and bad.
