"I'm not that into transformers"
has an iron factory samurai grimlock

Keeping a Luigi amiibo on top of your PS2 is such a power play

4:14 Every ball joint can be a swivel

If these toys were sentient like in Toy Story, the Transformer Gundam war would go crazy

Using the same royalty free jazz song that Jobby the hong uses in his videos for transformations? Peak

Loved the Jobby the Hong music when you tried to transform Optimus. :D

Seeing Gundams in a video that isn’t only about Gundams is truly another feeling

8:27 it's made of the same rubber that Hasbro used on their Jurassic Park toys. Nice at the time but a greasy mess 6 years later

10:48 Reverse image search yields that this is Mega Ambler from the South Korean children's show Metal Cardbot.

8:00 that Kingdom Megatron is on life-support lmao

Transformers Animated Mentioned ‼‼

Youd like any gunpla much more after building it, since its entirely different experience when you put your own effort and make something in your own way + all the details and gimmicks that they have x their lore and the way they were performing in their series or games do amplify their value too. Did you know that some times it takes months to complete single kit? And time is also valuable.

10:11 that’s actually mega ambler from a Korean cartoon show called metal cardbot, that’s probably the sembo buildable figure similar to blokees defender line

Can't believe that the image used to represent Gundam in the intro is the fake Gundam from thunderbolt

Clicked for Transformers, happy to see it takes up a good portion of the video

So about the Vidar, the reason it looks unfinished is cuz it basically is lol. In the series it’s from (Iron Blooded Orphans, highly recommend) Gundams are part of a lost technology so the technology to fix or restore them doesn’t exist anymore. They’re usually outfitted with like spare or repurposed parts which is why a lot of them have exposed inner frames

God this hits, as my partner & I are collectors. We have storage bins in our 1-BR apt & fortunately we both have our own closets. We divided the apt up: I get living room space, she gets bedroom (which is a surprisingly large size). It was my apt first & I have more (esp recs & books), but she also is lead space designer (she works in retail visual-design); theres toys & stuff everywhere . We both love to let our toys & collections shine!

you can tell she's Canadian by how she pronounces the rama in Dollarama lol

i like that weired al plays wreck gar

Definitely check out Metal Cardbot (if you like the Sembo block figure you'll love their main transforming toys)! Solid giant transforming robot cartoon w/ great Eng fansubs available, and an official English dub coming out in the future. If you like Beast Wars, Animated, Prime, and/or the Energon trilogy, it could be up your alley.
