You can tell how much Phil loves and respects Eyehategod as fellow musicians but as a band overall.

i understand some people might see this as an overstatement, but New Orleans Is the New Vietnam is one of the best songs ever written, for me at least. riffs are out of this world.

Love to see Randy in the back watching and taking pics.
Stage full of legends!

Really astonishing. I mean, Mike IX is living right next to Phil, but I didn't know he could sing and perform any Eyehategod song by heart. He must be the EHG NOLA fan Number 1.

Phil is honestly the most versatile vocalist

There is nothing on this planet, that is more self empowering than heavy music. These guys are legends! Hail the leaf and ride the drone!!!!!!

There is a reason Phil is Phil and this is it.

I wish they recorded the two shows with Phil Anselmo and Randy Blythe and released them as live albums...

The guy on the left of the stage most of the show is EHG’s manager Zach Ohler. His band Strong Intention was one of the more crucial east coast hardcore bands of the 90’s and 00’s. Lots of grindcore, power violence, thrash elements in their music. Definitely recommend a listen for those who never heard them.
