Ghostbusters 1986 2026 40Th Anniversary

Most catchy cartoon theme song.

For a short time in August 1997, The Real Ghost Busters played in Syndicated reruns on various UPN, Fox and the WB stations, as part of Bohbot Entertainment’s Amazin’! Adventures programming block. In Charleston, S.C., it was aired on WMMP UPN 36 at that time. It was on Saturday Mornings at 10:30 AM after Captain Simian & The Space Monkeys. This was a syndicated rerun of the show and was planned to build anticipation for Extreme Ghostbusters, which was planned to air on the block.

Syndicated Stations
List of the stations that aired The Real Ghostbusters during the 1987-88 season. Many stations would remain airing the reruns for a few years (at last until 1991), and later included episodes (1986-88 ABC seasons) from seasons 1, 3, and 4. Also, be advised that while many of these listings are from 1987 and 1991, at least seven stations ran the program for a shor time in summer of 1997 on Bohbot Entertainment's Amazin' Adventures as anticipation for Extreme Ghostbusters which was planned to air on the block.

Wow!!! I’ve never saw the actual first/original Ghostbusters’ opening before and I’m millennial!!!

This show is absolutely peak!!!

Never seen the first one before that's crazy

Sometimes I wonder how different things would've been if Filmation got to do tge show like they wanted to before Columbia ultimately went with DIC.

What kinds of lessons would the busters teach at the end of every episode?

I've never seen the intro where they had white uniforms. Thanks for sharing this.

Oh how i love watching the real Ghostbusters buddy cause i remember watching it all the time, and i loved the funny parts of it and how it took places in every episode of the real Ghostbusters 😁😁😁😁👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

My childhood favorite cartoon
