Her first contact and reporting to police was shown to be a known lie or falsehood. Kinda hard to look innocent from the very beginning. Including that weird closing the basement move.

Bath bomb, back gate, bath salts, burned himself and the blankets,  cut his foot, nose bleed, searched how to run away, kept unlocking the gate, uncle mat, quincy, eduardo...and on and on. Gannon had one series of unfortunate and mysterious events after another for a couple days. Never before. Just all at once now.
