But sir good medicine institutes give excellent hands on for procedures. In our institute, (mgims sevagram) and also in all gmcs in maharastra all icu procedures including central lines, arterial lines , icds, per cutaneous tracheostomy, hd caths , pocus, intubations etc are done by medicine residents.

After mbbs ..do ficcm ..we can put own icu setup 2 beded ??
