三養辣起司炒麵，三養起司拉麵白醬口味
農心微辣牛骨辛拉麵，農心辛炒麵起司口味，爽口海鮮烏龍拉麵，天婦羅海鮮烏龍麵
• 內層淋膜溶化：多數泡麵紙碗內層含有 PE（聚乙烯）淋膜 或蠟膜來防水，不耐微波的高溫，加熱容易軟化。
• 釋放有毒物質：高溫可能破壞材質，讓塑膠微粒或有害化學物質溶入湯裡。
• 保麗龍釋放毒素：保麗龍碗（EPS材質）遇熱會釋放苯乙烯，甚至變形融化。
• 金屬邊緣危險：部分泡麵紙碗的封膜邊緣或紙蓋內膜含有金屬成分，放進微波爐會產生火花（電弧效應）引發危險。
另外，百勝廚新加坡叻沙湯麵要好吃也需要另外加料，煮的時候要澎湃一點，就加蝦子、章魚、透抽和干貝等海鮮，蔬菜就放豆芽（推薦黃豆芽，因為比較大顆），其他配料是油豆腐和一些火鍋料。
