When I was in high school, my favorite male cousin told me that your silence speaks louder to a man than any amount of fussing or "nagging" ever does. He told me  it is necessary to express yourself as a confident woman who is not a pushover, but once you do, sit back and observe while being silent. I must say that I have found that the more I talk, the less impact is made when dealing with men, and therefore, my cousin was right based on my experiences.

I have also found that silence is golden when you are considering leaving a church, a job, or any other major move. Plan and execute. Words are not necessary.

We’ve gone from over exposure with social media to the pendulum swinging in the opposite direction of everyone moving in silence. So everyone in monk mode. The real superpower is authenticity not any form of extremism. Give silence to those that deserve it.

My mom NEVER nagged or 'fussed' with my dad. Never. He stayed smitten & almost obsessed with her till he died.

Moving in silence is a very wise move in a narcissistic generation, they less information they have to work with, the happier the more peaceful your lives will be! Take notes 👌

Silence is a game changer for sure.

Yessss… Talk less. Some of these women talk too much and get reveal to much. That’s how I know that someone is a gossiper.

Learned this at a young age. It was soooo hard to do! But the older I get the easier it becomes it literally feels so good knowing God will take care of everything !

When I was 18 my boyfriend broke up with me. I saw him at a restaurant the following weekend with a girl. I knew her & she always had a thing for him. He was incredibly handsome. Anyway, I barely looked at them. I ignored them. The next day he comes crawling back. He was obsessed with me after that.

Being guiet solves a lot of  issues  and a lot of people are so bothered  that I love it

Guaranteed FACTS!!!!! When you stay silent people listen and they hear you!!!

Being able to control your "power"  takes alot of time patience and "self work" by that I mean I had a hard time staying silent when someone started to shout at me / over me if someone hurt my feelings I felt the need to explain to them what and why I was feeling those things but after 20plus years of working on myself I learnt to stay silent and walk away it saved me from alot of situations that if I had said something I could never repair that relationship

I’m in therapy.. the main topic we practice is UNDERSTANDING what you can control and leave the rest alone . The relief I’ve gained by letting go and let God!! When it no longer serves you.. stop wasting your time because time is extremely unforgiving AMEN 🙏🏽

Being Silent is golden , being loud heeds a lot of pain and discomfort in wanting to be heard when in actuality not everyone wants to hear your cries or concerns. Thats why you Move in Silence and grow within your Greatness..and if your lucky have people who share similar growth n encouragement so your not alone in this life 😊

Silence is golden, yes i does take alot to get there . Sometimes it happens when spirit says you have said enough and now put that time in yourself
