My son planted a conker 35 years ago in in the garden its now 25 feet tall and still going 😊

Helen I commend you for having such a positive flowing energy after many hours of gruelling shifts at the hospital. With you being a NHS worker, I salute you and appreciate you massively. James, you are such a privileged man to have such a wonderful caring lady. If she can't put a smile on ya chops, nothing will.

Did ya know that there are 10 Turkish barbers to every 1 McDonald's restaurant in the UK

Thank you for the guide. It is so sad to see Tories Britain complete SHITE!  I wasn't born here but been here for over 50 years.  Really sad what has happened to this country and please don't blame the immigrants please. I have paid very single PENNY for my NI and taxes all those 45 years.  Please blame the politicians

Thanks so much for the video and for putting a positive spin on scunthorpe.  After living there all my life (56 years) I've always thought it is a grim sh#thole , which isn't as bad as it seems because it means where ever else you visit seems wonderful.  I'm currently on holiday in Spain and was dreading returning home, however after watching the video and seeing what a wonderful place scunthorpe actually is , I can almost bring myself to look forward to coming Home.  Straight to wetherspoons on arrival though!😂😂

Kevin Keegan also played for Scunthorpe !!

Lol 😂 Moaning about charity shops.... 'I'm not going in another one!'
Helen loves it like lots of us do 👏👏

No wonder poor Helen has a dodgy Hip with you dragging her around at breakneck speed. Poor lass needs a rest

The reason there's so many Turkish barbers is because there's a special visa that entitles Turks to come here, setup a business and claim citizenship after 5 years. Also anyone they employ can also claim it after 5 years. So it's basically a dubious way to buy a UK passport and why so many are empty as barbering isn't really their main purpose. It gets even worse as a lot have been set up by criminal gangs, who are not only selling citizenship but running fronts for various other illegal activities (modern slavery, smuggling etc). I think there's a street in Plymouth which has the crown with 15 or so of them!

Helen. Wearing the wigs. LOL.
You two are fantastic.
Always good vibes with you two, whatever you are doing.

Wonderful seeing dear Scunny . I lived there for 5 years with my husband..... we actually got married there ! Everyone so welcoming and friendly , loved it all .

Suggestion for a future visit,,think you’d love a day out at Yarm in Cleveland. Lovely old market town with lots of pubs and restaurants.
And try a bottle of fantastic salad dressing at Strickland and Holts made by my 92 yr old mam Renee❤👍

That review of Hello Fresh was excelllent.  Also, loved the blue tiles in your mum's kitchen.

Most enjoyable vlog. Enjoyed the double act being back together.

I never thought I would watch a 35 minute vlog on Scunthorpe by Aye up ,James & Helen were there so I did - Enjoy your pints !

I’ve just realised the best thing to see in Scunthorpe is the 2nd 3rd 4th and 5th letters 😂😂

Bratislava and Budapest to Scunthorpe talk about extremes 😅😅😅😅

It's almost as though certain shops are fronts for other business ventures, isn't it?

Three coats of clear varnish in the conker James 👍
