I think you are missing the breather hose on both axles. I think they go on top and have a hose that goes up high so it does not fill with water.

You are really thorough with your mechanical jobs, so satisfying to watch. Most football stadiums in the UK have plastic seats, they use a flame gun to refresh the look of the faded chairs. Your heat gun done the job too. Be safe, be well 👍

I like your videos.
Have restored a couple of atvs.
With the plastics I have used a household cleaning paste called Gumption. It works great and doesn’t fade. Have also used a mix of linseed oil and brake fluid. I can’t remember the exact recipe but I’m sure if you google or search YouTube you will find it.

I just watched you get stuck in the snow I think you need to buy balloon tires for the winter or try only add 20% tire pressure in each tire so whatever maximum pressure is remove 80% Justin in snow or mud conditions

I think the rear diff should have a rubber ting on top of it so the air can expand, if its gone water leak in.

"Transfer pipe"could be "conduit"
They really ran that quad bike into the ground, quite literally !
Wish I had a use for a quad but you can only use roads here in the west of Germany.
