Most men hear “testosterone” and think steroids—but that misunderstanding is holding people back from getting the help they actually need. This video breaks down the real difference between TRT and steroids, and why TRT is about restoring healthy levels, not enhancing beyond them.

Most men do not need more information. They need a starting point.

46 year old male here my testosterone level was 190 my general practitioner put me on 1/2 CC a week putting my testosterone level up to 300. The general practitioner said that was acceptable I told him I felt exactly the same. He said there was too much risk to do a higher dose LOL. I switched doctors and am now currently on 1 CC a week and my numbers stay around 800. Now I feel better

Just because you are getting it from underground doesn't mean you aren't doing TRT either. Some guys actually are responsible test users but either can't get it from their regular doctor or don't want to pay outrageous prices, or both.

You are definitely speaking the truth!! I had my regular testosterone levels tested (nothing but testosterone, which told me close to nothing), and was around 520. That was in 2018, when I was 38. Now I am 46, and I started Enclomiphene on my own, and 8 days after starting, at 25mg per day, my levels were tested at a full panel, and my overall testosterone was at the 740’s. I need to do my labs again as I have been taking it for over 30 days now, and am at half the dose now. I would like to get on TRT, but I know the VA and my provider will see the 740’s and say no. I will cycle on and off of Enclomiphene as necessary (I follow a few doctors that have those protocols in place), and have my labs done every 3 months to monitor my test levels and other panels for health.

44 on for two years. No gym. Just started working out again for two months. Best thing I ever did. No regrets. Not cheap but I was going down down down in life. Naps lazy no motivation prior to trt. Back on top again. Feel like I’m 20. 1/2 cc every 6 days.

In Sept 2020 I began lifting, taking suppliments, and cut a few bad things from my diet like sida and beer so my T fell from 500 to the 300s: low but not now enough for my doctor to do anything. Now with a specialist in this field I'm going to try a 10 week course and he wants to get me around 600. He said if I stop after 10 weeks it wouldn't be long enough to hurt resuming my normal production.

The problem is that 10 weeks is $400 plus lab tests, and 2026 has been my worst year financially in my 30+ years of adult life because every 2 or 3 weeks I get hit by one of those major life expenses you get once or twice a year. For example, yesterday I may have gotten another retina tear which would be another $700 medical bill.

My docs at the VA won't even test my T. I explained I wasn't asking them to give it to me just wanted to know my levels and they refused. I would I guess, have to ask to the urologist.
It is BS. Semper Fi and thank you for the video

My doctors told me i was " in range " went to a trt clinic and they showed me it was super super low.

Great advice and perspective, if TRT is newded and you start it, you will never want to get off of it, and your lady will be much happier as well. Its no different than any other "newded" medical treatment.

28 years old with a TBI and work in a high stress environment. I had dangerously low vitamin D and my test levels were 220. Chronic fatigue, feeling down, and gaining fat around my midsection (even though I’m losing muscle mass). I just got my labs from Core Medical Group done today, so I can’t wait to see what the future holds.

Was diagnosed with low t when i was 28... no prior steroid usage. Been on test Cypionate for 10 years now. Never had any issues.

I’m glad i found this channel, 45 years old had 2 test just done first 200 second 175. I have an appointment to discuss trt with a va doc. I had no idea combat experience had an effect on testosterone. I’m a combat vet with tbi from Iraq and on meds for ptsd. I feel like I’m 65 years old. I hope trt helps. Semper fi brother thank you for this video

My level was 260 at 28 years old and my pcp said it was fine. At 31 down to 240. Go to a specialist. Your pcp doesn’t know what they’re looking at or they don’t care if they don’t address that.

@austinsanders1080 4 months ago

Just started trt last year when I was 27 because my test levels were 139 with a free range of only 3. Doc started me on 200 mg a week. 100 mg on Monday and 100 mg on Friday. In 28 now and my test is at 1500 and a free of 50.

Def look at the TSH, get the test up and thyroid in check.

I’m a veteran and after complaining to the VA about my typical low T symptoms, I got tested and was in the mid 200’s. It’s been a year now and at my last checkup I was around 1000, but I still feel the same as I did when I had low T. Any recommendations!?
