He said "a 15 barrel brewery can turn out 30000 barrels a year".   That would be 2000 batches per year,  5.5 batches per day working every day.  I think he must have misspoken and meant 3000 barrels, which would be 200 batches per year.  He then said a 3 bbl system can produce 750 barrels per year which would be 250 batches per year.  That would be 5 batches per week.
