Buy wheat berries and mill your own flour!

Thanks for the top 10 list, it really helps me try to figure out what might be best for my first-time ordering. By the way, I really think the word you're looking for is actually "de-frost," and not de-thaw." Blessing to you

Honestly, I've never been disappointed in anything I've ordered from Azure. Two items that have knocked my socks off though, the leeks and the organic lemons.

If you have a freeze dryer, cheese sheds are a delicious snack and can be powdered to use in cooking.

Appreciate the list, looking forward to new items to try.
Edit Note: thaw or defrost but not “de-thaw”. ❤

I am in total agreement about the cheese. I absolutely love it. My new favorite snack is the cheese sliced on the einkorn crackers. So yummy

Organic everything is great. However, to be clear, already ground flours of any grain starts to lose its nutritional value at the moment it is milled. Buying huge quantities of already milled flour defeats the purpose. Best would be to buy the whole grain (as it will store for many years) , then grind it as needed.
