People have no idea how good of shape you have to be in to be able to do this (diving + climbing). Trusting your body’s ability and training to get to this point is what makes this so impressive. By far, the most f**king epic spearfishing video i have seen on the net, (highly influenced by my love of rappelling) but holy shit!!! Those 2 pitches were f**king gnarly, and the waterfall.
