I mean Colorado didn’t give up 400 yards rushing against northwestern and they suck . So how did we give up 400 yards rushing?

If Northwestern can get 400+ yards rushing against Penn State's defense, imagine how many Ohio State can get.

PSU fired an upper mid coach for a lower mid coach.... Fanbase needs a full reset. You have a long way to go to compete with Ohio State/Texas/Miami and its not the coach's fault.

A "big" program loosing to a smaller program like Northwestern is very good for the sport.

Gotta love the entitlement of penn st fans (10:38 😭) thinking they deserved better than Franklin. Should be grateful you even have a team. Program deserved the death penalty 15 years ago

Yeah, we beat up on the first three teams because we are Iowa State. Everyone was so excited and I was like we beat no one.

Penn. State might be going down that same road Nebraska's been on for 25 years! Could be the start of new head coaches for Penn. State every 5 years!

Your summary towards the end is spot on. This was going to be a rebuild year no matter what. The guy is 5 games into an 8 year deal. What we have seen so far has been horrific, but I'm not forming a solid and serious opinion until after year 3. Even then, Pat Kraft gets fired first and Campbell gets 5 years. The new AD will want their own guy at that point. It's just not time for that talk, not even close. For those of us that love Penn State, turning your back on the program does nothing good. Just hope that this year is rock bottom and there is incremental progress over the next few years. It feels awful right now, but there is plenty of room for optimism even in such dark times.

This is what denial looks like . Connor... Buddy .. I ❤ ya but you're literally Purdue .
You lose every big game the last 30 years. You get to a deep area in the playoff recently then get cooked . You're Purdue.
And this is how delusional people are, Purdue hoops has as many Final 4 appearances in the last 38 years as Miami . Penn State football is Purdue hoops. It's wild no one sees this at child mosletor U 😮

Rocco Becht stares down receivers as soon as the ball is snapped. He is not a good QB. Makes $2 million in NIL and will NEVER EVER get drafted by any NFL team. He will never make more money than what he is getting at Penn State. Campbell needs to bite the bullet and sit him down for the rest of the year.

Since 2000 Penn State vs AP Top10 teams is 6-37 (Paterno 3-12, O’Brien 0-4, Franklin 3-21)!
Since 2024 in Cig era Indiana vs AP Top10 teams is 6-2 (after 6-116 previous 88yrs of AP era)!
Cig is a🦄 that I’m thankful for every day as diehard Hoosiers fan since 1987 (early 80s baby sports nut + 3rd gen Indiana alum), but Penn State having only 6 Top10 wins vs AP Top10 teams since 2000 is EMBARRASSING when you consider they’re 10th in total wins the last 50yrs (and 19th since 2000)!
