Keisha, I cannot thank you enough for shedding light on this topic and help everyone to never forget what he has done and continues to do. This is such an important video and I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart. ❤

Being THAT angry at 19 is a huge red flag. I know they both said they were aggressors but the behavior afterwards speaks volumes on who’s actually guilty.

I don't know how anyone still supports this man, especially knowing his actions towards women.

People who still went to the concert recently is crazy

I do NOT LIKE CHRIS BROWN😢

The fact that both of them grew up surrounded by their mothers being physically abused, and then both turning out so different eliminates any excuses for Chris

Anyone that makes excuses for this man is disgusting. I don’t care if every woman he’s abused forgives him, it doesn’t make him any less of an abuser

Idk how he hasn’t been cancelled…FOREVER

Dude literally bricked his MOM'S car....idk what it'll take

Applying pressure on someones carotid artery is so dangerous, he could have killed her for real.

Hearing Diddy talk about this on Ellen makes me queasy, Diddy being an abuser talking about this is so gross.

He displayed such violent behavior at 19/20 years old and never grew out of it. Bummer

reading that police report makes my stomach TURN. and it’s a shame that he hated his stepfather for the way he hurt his mother and he ended up hurting other women the same way

As a DV survivor, unfortunately, I understand why Rihanna would go back to him. He probably told her he was so sorry, and he was trying to be a better man, and he knew she deserved better and was going to treat her better. Ugh, you truly don’t understand the mindset until it happens to you 🥺

Thank you for this video. The people who still defend him are beyond me

“But he didn’t know what he was doing  😰”. Girl yes he did. “Stop hating on him for making a mistake”. No thanks I don’t want to support abusers

chris brown is an eternal abuser, i said what i said

As a Barbadian we were all disturbed, that situation spread like wild fire here

the way diddy is always involved in disgusting things is not a shock….. he probably never saw it as a big deal since he’s was doing much worse and the same ugh hollywood is so fucked

Weirdly enough I think with Chris Brown there is an untapped conversation about colourism surrounding him.

I genuinely believe how some women view him is by virtue of him being light skinned and how it often associated with being pretty and perhaps docile or at the very least not as threatening as darker skinned men. There is this theory that light skinned men are seen as more feminine but it could also just help in softening their overall image. I haven't been able to completely unpack or articulate this but I do suspect that I am onto something.

Steve Harris (Charles from Diary of a Mad Black Woman) is a darker skinned man and every time many people  see him they associate him with his role in the movie even though it wasn't a real marriage or domestic violence etc. since he is an actor.
All this to say its easy to associate him with fictional scenes of degrading a woman and yet when it comes to a lighter skinned Chris Brown he gets away with ACTUALLY causing real harm to women. I do understand that I cannot compare these two men's crafts and its vastly different and they appeal to very different demographics.

It is however a theory that is still in the works and I mean no offense nor do I mean to generalize any particular group of people 🤔

I heavily side eye anyone who listens to CB now. It's so sad and deplorable that these people get away with such abuse
