Wow, this guy was really fit. I liked the variety with his adjustments. He got the full range of treatment. The fishtail movement looked really therapeutic for the low back. Nice video. 💯👍🏽

I knew a triathlete with 3% body fat. Unconsciously, I must have thought I wouldn’t have problems if I could be that physically fit.
Sadly, he chose to leave the world. I realized, even if a person has the body in top shape, we don’t always know the inner turmoil.

Whenever I watch you work, Dr. Doug, I can sense that you 'see' your client's entire bone structure, tendons and muscles. In this instance, Mr. Jenkins seems to have a similar understanding of how our bodies work. Fascinating! Thanks for sharing.

Mark was fun to watch. it takes so much work and discipline to get down to a 9% body fat. He has my respect.He was so surprised when he could breathe better. Great work Dr.Doug. 👏 👍 👌 have a great weekend.

Dr Willen, Mark is in great 👍shape and it’s undesirable cause it’s his job, he trains people and I’ve never seen a trainer that isn’t fit. He was fun to watch and you did everything in your book that you could’ve done for him 👏. I’m sure he got what he came for, also he’s a living proof that if you’re overweight, you can change everything around. Thank you 🙏for your service, enjoy your weekend doc.
