From January to September of this year, Bogdan Święczkowski appointed adjudicating panels of the Constitutional Tribunal in a manner inconsistent with statutory provisions, according to Judge Sławomir Patyra, who notified the prosecutor's office of the possibility of the President of the Tribunal having exceeded his authority. Referring to Święczkowski's management style at the Tribunal, including his hiring of former head of the Central Anti-Corruption Bureau (CBA), Andrzej Stróżny, as a security advisor despite the allegations brought against him by the prosecutor's office, Sławomir Patyra stated that the Constitutional Tribunal in its current state "resembles Mr. Święczkowski's private company." "This contradicts the narrative about the Tribunal's financial problems," he noted.

Piotr Kraśko's guest also addressed the accusations against him, alleging that he refused to perform his duties, even though Karol Nawrocki was sworn in by him, unlike four other judges duly elected by the Sejm. "My participation in the Constitutional Tribunal benches appointed by Bogdan Święczkowski would be legally ineffective," explained Judge Patyra, noting that he felt that "President Święczkowski is persistently reluctant to convene a general assembly of the Constitutional Tribunal," which could even approve the institution's draft budget for next year, without which the Minister of Finance cannot provide funding for the Constitutional Tribunal in the draft state budget.
