„Because that’s what you do in a town where a yellow light still means slow down and not speed up.“
— Agent Cooper
The footage in this video was taken from the nostalgic early 90s TV show Twin Peaks. A scene from season 1 episode 8 where FBI agent Dale Cooper is at the local Sheriff’s Department in Snoqualmie Washington. The soundscape consists of muffled slow smooth (detective / investigation vibes) jazz music, distant thunder, rain white noise. I also added the original jazz songs from the series for a relaxing atmopshere and mood.

To be really pedantic, the fictional town is called Twin Peaks. The show was mostly filmed around Snoqualmie/North Bend. That "Sheriff's Department" is the Dirtfish Rally School headquarters today. They allow Twin Peaks fans to explore the building if you ask nicely. Right next to this building is the ruin of what used to be the sawmill from the opening titles. Now little more than a ruined smoke stack.
