What’s crazy is they don’t show in the video how close the neighbors houses are. Also, they make it seem like the main house is far from the street when in reality it’s almost touching the street. You could be standing in the cul-de-sac and throw a baseball easily at the house. The guest house is really far from the road. But sitting right on top of the main house is 2 neighboring houses that are probably no more than 20 yards away from each other on each side of the house and one slightly to the back right that is even closer that you could mistake it for being on the same property.
If I won the lottery I would buy this house but since I already know about it, I can see the deceptive editing they did in the video to make it seem like there are no neighbors lol. I recommend checking it out on like Google maps or whatever. It is a really nice place.

Beautiful home and piece of land. 2 problems, 1.. Water moccasins coming onto the property from the bayou. 2. There is no way this will sale for anything near what they are asking. The highest home sale in Houston only went for $21 million. This home is in Hunters Creek Village in Houston, which have expensive homes but nothing has ever sold above $10 million.

Flood Zone. 49.8% of the homes in Hunters Creek Village will or have flooded. Buffalo Bayou is known to flood.
