What if Metro Man landed in the brutal world of The Boys?
Metro Man has already lived the superhero nightmare: corporate branding, staged heroics, endless publicity, and being treated more like a product than a person. So when a dimensional accident drops him into a universe where Vought has turned superheroes into the ultimate corporate machine, he immediately recognizes the game.
But this time, Metro Man refuses to play.
As Vought takes notice of a mysterious hero operating outside their control, Homelander sees the arrival of a powerful new threat to his position as the world's strongest supe. The Boys, meanwhile, see something they never expected: a hero powerful enough to challenge Homelander who genuinely doesn't want fame, money, or control.
But when Vought discovers Metro Man's unexpected weakness, the entire situation changes.
Can Metro Man survive the combined forces of Vought, the Seven, and the military? And what happens when he finally learns the full truth about Homelander and everything he's done?
