I'm pretty sure my husband fell in love with me because he heard me singing this to myself back in '99.

Tommy the Cat has great bass groove!

Les Claypool is a national treasure. Without a doubt, the weirdest mo-fo in popular music. He has a vision of what he wants his music to sound like, whether with Primus, or in his solo projects...they are ALL weird...but strangely work. It's not about making hits for him, it's about making art.

How does one of the best bass players of all time get a record deal? It's a mystery.

This came out in 4/20/93. A guy I worked with brought the cd to work and played it, over and over. Probably, half of our customers were not amused. It glued into my stoned braincells for about a week. Edit: You just have to accept it as art.

I was a skateboarder in the 90s, and I was definitely jamming to Primus. Y'all should check out their songs, "Jerry Was A Race Car Driver" and "Tommy the Cat".

I saw them once in the cafeteria of a junior college in Concord, California before they became Primus. That night I saw the future. People were jumping off the tables, not knowing what they were listening to.
